5. Quotations & Orders

• All quotations issued by NRDS Universal are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise
• Orders are confirmed only upon written acceptance and receipt of agreed advance payment
• Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, manufacturer pricing, freight and applicable taxes
• NRDS Universal reserves the right to decline any order at its sole discretion

6. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in the formal purchase agreement or proforma invoice
• Standard terms: 50% advance, balance before dispatch unless otherwise agreed
• All bank charges outside India are to be borne by the buyer
• NRDS Universal accepts bank transfer (SWIFT/NEFT/RTGS). Credit card payments subject to surcharge

7. Delivery & Logistics

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to manufacturer lead times, customs clearance, port congestion or other factors beyond our control. NRDS Universal will communicate proactively on any delays. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the freight carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Returns & Warranty

• Equipment warranty terms are as provided by the original manufacturer
• NRDS Universal will facilitate warranty claims on behalf of clients to the extent possible
• Consumable items (drill bits, rods, wear parts) are not returnable once dispatched
• Any return of equipment must be agreed in writing within 7 days of delivery

9. Manpower Services

Manpower placements facilitated by NRDS Universal are subject to separate agreements between the client and the professional. NRDS Universal acts as a facilitator and is not the employer of record unless specifically agreed. Clients are responsible for compliance with local labour laws, visa and work permit requirements in their respective countries.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, images and software is the property of NRDS Universal or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NRDS Universal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, equipment supplied, or services rendered.
