Narsi Reddy, Founder & MD, NRIGS integrates advanced engineering tools, modern design software and digital manufacturing approaches to develop and improve drilling equipment that meets global mining standards.

Through extensive exposure to drilling operations, equipment development and manufacturing technologies across India, Africa and the Middle East, it became clear that the industry needs solutions that combine engineering depth, manufacturing capability, and practical field understanding.

Field Operations — India

Commenced career in mining operations, building expertise in blast hole drilling and heavy equipment maintenance across Indian mines.

2005 – 2012

Africa Operations

Expanded to African mining operations — managing large-scale drilling projects across iron ore, gold and coal mines.

2012 – 2018

Middle East Projects

Senior leadership roles in Middle East construction and mining drilling projects. Deep expertise in hydraulic rig systems developed.

2018 – 2022

VP Operations — EuroTeck India

Led operations as VP & Mining Operations Leader, overseeing multi-site drilling projects and equipment fleets.

Founded NRIGS.COM & NRDS Universal
